COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS
The intention is to create a culture of connection, where we feel seen and uplifted for who we really are, wholly. These agreements are here to support us as we create this environment together:
Honor
Confidentiality
In this container we honor the sacredness of what is shared in this space. It’s understood that what’s spoken here stays here, held with respect and care.
Practice is the
Name of the Game
This course is designed to teach you practices to continue for life. Just like anything, the more you practice, the better you get. Please do not expect to check off a box and then be done with this material. It just doesn’t work that way. This course is an invitation to prioritize the alignment of your inner world consciously, forevermore.
Lean in Rather Than Out
Feeling disconnected at times is natural. If it arises, stay engaged by asking a question or sharing what’s true for you. Leaning in transforms isolation into belonging.
Take Care of You
Most of the group sessions are 90 minutes. We will not have a formal break during this time. You are encouraged to honor your bodily needs as they arise, including stretching and keeping hydrated.
Be Vulnerable and Authentic
You are invited to show up as you are. There is no need to perform or polish. Your realness is welcomed. Including times when you just don’t feel like sharing.
Practice
Self-Observation
Acknowledge your internal responses. Respect yourself, others, and the space. If you find yourself triggered, please welcome it as part of the journey. These moments often hold the greatest potential for insight and growth.
Be Kind to Yourself
When you hit something tender, uncomfortable, or hard to feel, you are invited to soften. You don’t have to push through or figure it out. Please give yourself permission to be exactly who you are at any given moment. This is where real transformation occurs.
Assume Goodwill and Stay Curious
We do not have the full context of each other’s lives. Let’s meet one another with openness, curiosity, and assume the best of each other.
Offer Grace and Repair When Needed
We all miss the mark at times. If something lands poorly or harm is done, we encourage moving toward repair with compassion and courage.
Teaching/Coaching Style
Rather than relying on traditional instruction, this course teaches through coaching and the embodied application of the practices. For this reason, your willingness to listen deeply and remain present for others’ shares directly shapes what you receive from the program.
