Favorite Mantras

Hey there enthusiasts for a more cooperative world. My name is Monisha and I’m very, very happy to be here with you today. The topic of this v-log is around some of my favorite mantras that I give most of my clients. A mantra is a word or a phrase that is intended to be used on repeat, where we just continually state or think again and again these series of words or phrases, so that you can start training your mind to turn into that direction.

They’re amazing jewels, incredibly useful, especially because the power of the mind really has so much influence on how we perceive the world around us, so if we can choose anchoring thoughts to pump into our mind, we start to see that in the world.

All right, so the first one is, I choose happiness. So simple, I choose happiness, again and again and again and again, repeated through the mind. The reason I love these words together is because of the word choice. It really puts the happiness of our lives in our hands. It’s my choice to be happy. Play around with that one.

The second one is, I am perfectly on time. This isn’t just around like get somewhere on time, but just in life. So often we put pressures on ourselves to be a certain place at a certain time. How many of you grew up with the belief system of, by 30 you need to be married with a picket fence, a white picket fence and two kids?

That’s not the world that we’re living in any more. We are indeed, exactly where we’re meant to be at every moment and if you choose to pump the mantra of, I am perfectly on time, you’ll start to feel that truly in your life, that you’re not behind, that you’re not running ahead, that you’re exactly where you need to be at the exact right moment. That just gives a lot of freedom, a lot of spaciousness and a lot more happiness in your existence, when you take the pressure off of needing to be somewhere that you’re not.

The third one is, let it be easy, let it be good.?Now here’s the thing, there are things in life that are hard, no doubt, but if you really start to pay attention to how often we just proclaim things to be hard, we’re creating hardship in our lives by putting those thoughts and words into our field. Pumping the mantra of, let it be easy and let it be good allows there to be ease and goodness in your life. Some things really aren’t that hard, we just decide that they are so we allow the ease and flow to come into our lives when we state it. Let it be easy, let it be good, let it be easy, let it be good, let that run through your system and show up in your life. You’ll thank me for it.

Feeling Overwhelmed?

Hey there, enthusiasts for a more cooperative world. My name is Monisha and thank you for spending some time with me today.

The topic of today’s vlog is I’m sure a hot one, because most people in life that are playing a big game tend to feel this emotion. It is the emotion of overwhelm. I cannot tell you how many people I’ve worked with that just continually find themselves in a place of overwhelm.

I’m going to give you three things to do when you find yourself gearing into that mode. The first is to just pause and ask, “What do you need?” Literally stop what you’re doing, close your eyes and tap into that internal guideness that is there for you. The more you do this, the more it’ll be there for you, and simply ask what you need. Maybe your nervous system’s hyping up because you just haven’t eaten, or maybe you need to take a deep breath or maybe you need to drink some water. It might just be something that simple that can help root you back in, instead of feeling that heightened sense of overwhelm.

The second thing you can do is get into a practice of gratitude. It is literally amazing what this does. Sometimes when we’re moving so quickly and we have so many things to do and all these balls are in the air, if you can just slow down and focus on the things that you’re grateful for, it is amazing what that will do for your energy level. It truly ups the game. I really, really, really encourage that.

The third thing is really simple. Just move your body. That overwhelm feeling just feels so awful, but if you just take five minutes to go outside and take a little jog or sit under a tree or whatever it may be, just to shift the environment a little bit, that also creates more space in your field. Three easy things, give it a shot, see how it works for you.

Resentment and How to Clear It

Hey there, enthusiasts for a more cooperative world. My name is Monisha and I want to thank you for spending a few minutes with me today. The topic of today’s vlog is around resentment and how to clear it all on your own. We’ve all been there. Felt a little bitter, felt like things are a little unfair, that we’re not really getting what we need from another person.

In my practice, I’ve noticed that there are 2 main reasons that we start to harbor the feelings of resentment. What I love about what I’m about to offer you is that it has nothing to do with the other person. It has everything to do with you and how you’re showing up.

Number 1, you probably have not spoken your truth in a situation. That other person probably has no idea what’s really going on for you. How are they supposed to meet you differently if you’re not communicating what’s true for you? Oftentimes, what will completely and utterly clear these feelings of resentment is just gaining up the courage to ask for what you need and communicate what’s true for you.

Number 2, you may have over given. This is a really common one. A lot of times, we just get into a habit with a particular person. Maybe you’re just used to picking up the check or you feel like you’re always available for them when they’re not available for you. That you’re not really receiving back what you put in. Well, that’s really actually on us because if we’re over giving, we’re not actually creating room for someone else to give back.

It’s a great opportunity, resentment comes up into your space to take a look. Just notice, am I over giving here? Am I just giving and giving and giving and not actually creating room for me to receive? That’s a big one. Oftentimes, it’ll be so simple as just shifting the way that you relate to that person, not because they necessarily wronged you but because you can start giving to yourself instead and give them room to match you back.

All right. If you’re feeling some resentment in your life, I would encourage you to track back and see, have you really spoken your truth? Does this person know how you feel? Have you just been over giving and just not giving them the opportunity to give back? Play around with this. There’s some good nuggets in there for you. I hope that this gives you some insight

Three Ways to Observe the Mind

Hey there, enthusiasts for a more cooperative world. My name is Monisha, and I am very happy to be here with you today. The topic of this vlog is around the power of the mind, and how to pay attention to what you’re thinking. There is a belief that what we think is what we create.

Let’s just play with that as truth for this topic of discussion. In that case, the contents of out thoughts is very important because that ends up being what we manifest in our lives, so it would be really useful to be able to become aware of what we are actually thinking. I’m going to give you 3 easy ways to become more present and more awake to the nature of your thoughts.

The first one is to actually catch it at the level of the mind, to pay attention to the things that you are thinking. If you can do that which is great. Really, truly, it’s amazing to be able to slow down and play the observer to what is running through your mind. Awesome. Catch it at the level of thought.

If that isn’t so easy for you, because not all of us have the skill sets to just pay attention like that, a really useful tool is to pay attention to the words that come out of your mouth because we all can start listening better to what we speak. The words that come out of our mouth are a direct reflection of what we’re thinking, so if you find yourself consistently putting yourself down or talking about how this can’t happen or that can’t happen or limits in your space or anything, really. The content of what you speak about is a world that you’re creating for yourself, so pay attention.

Maybe next time you go to put yourself down, you don’t. You stop instead and say something more kind about who you are or a person around you. That’s a very useful tool to tap into your speech and pay close attention to the stories that you’re telling yourself about you and the world around you because under this belief, that is the world that you’re creating.

Then, the third way to wake up to what is running through that mind of yours is to pay attention to your physical body. More than likely, if you are not feeling so well, the nature of your thoughts and the content that is running in there is not so good either. Your physical body is going to give you a lot of great information. It is so, so, so wise. The body does not lie, so use it as a tool to create more conscious awareness of where you’re putting your focus. If it’s feeling great, wonderful. More than likely, you’re thinking good thoughts too

I hope this helps. 3 main ways to pay close attention to the thoughts that run through your mind through actually catching them at the thought level, paying attention to the words that you speak, and also paying attention to your body.

For you, you will just get to relax. Really just chill out and receive.

What I do, is I get into a meditative state, where I can access your energy.

To begin with I will ask permission to enter your fields, because everything is energy, we’re all made up of energy. Science gives us that information. I can clearly see, with your permission, what is going on in your vibration, in your thoughts, in your words, in your actions, that create the world that you are living in now. I get information through images, sometimes I’ll hear things and I will just give you everything that I’ve got, everything I received through the meditative state, and see if it resonates with you.

From there we get into more of a dialogue and you can ask questions and I can reflect you what I see. The real intention of each session is to walk away with action-oriented tools so that we can shift our thoughts and our words and our actions to attain what we really desire.

Oftentimes what happens is we just get into patterns and we operate on autopilot, so what I really serve you to do, is to wake up to what you’re patterning in your life and why you’re getting the same results. Bring conscious awareness to actions that you can participate in to give you the result that you’re really looking for. It’s really easy, it’s really fun, I feel very, very honored and deeply blessed to be able to do this with you on your path and it’s truly such a great gift that I receive when my clients really do this simple action-oriented steps that I offer them, and their lives change for the better.
